Transformation Lead

**Role Summary**: The Transformation Lead will oversee and drive a comprehensive transformation stream consisting of multiple substreams aimed at enabling a future-ready, product-centric engineering organisation. This role focuses on orchestrating, coordinating, and developing transformation efforts in close partnership with the client and other service providers, ensuring alignment with continuous delivery principles. Collaborating with domain leadership, the Transformation Lead embeds architectural and engineering strategies within the transformation, supporting a unified vision for the shift to a modern product engineering model. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- **Orchestration of Transformation Initiatives**: Lead the overall transformation stream, coordinating multiple substreams (e.g., strategic architecture, engineering practices, DevOps, agile transformation) to support the shift to a product-centric engineering model.
- **Partnership and Coordination**: Act as the primary liaison, aligning transformation efforts with the client and other service providers to create unified momentum towards shared goals.
- **Collaboration with Domain Leadership**: Work closely with domain leaders to ensure that architectural and engineering principles are embedded within the transformation journey, leveraging expertise across domains to guide specific substreams
- **Strategic Alignment and Continuous Evolution**: Develop and execute a structured approach for transformation, setting milestones, KPIs, and aligning activities with future product engineering principles while embracing a continuous improvement mindset
- **Change Enablement**: Enable cultural and procedural change across internal and client teams, helping them adopt new practices, standards, and mindsets aligned with product engineering transformation goals.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage regularly with key stakeholders across domains to provide transparency, gather feedback, and adjust transformation efforts to meet evolving business needs.

- Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within a product engineering or technology environment, with a focus on continuous delivery and agile practices.
- Strong coordination and alignment skills, with the ability to synchronise multiple transformation efforts under a cohesive strategy.
- Collaborative and communicative approach, with a track record of effective partnership with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and enabling the adoption of new practices across internal and client organisations.
- Familiarity with modern engineering and architectural practices, such as DevOps and agile, enabling effective collaboration with technical leaders.
- Ability to set and monitor KPIs, evaluate transformation progress, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
