About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to oversee our dynamic team of professionals. As a key leader, you will drive project success and cultivate a positive culture through mentorship and coaching.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Property Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to work within development strategies, challenging concepts to achieve team objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with project concepts to meet pre-sales targets and drive revenue.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders both internal and external.
