Senior Batch Administration Specialist

Job Description

  • Oversee the coordination of complex batch plans and provide timely assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.
  • Perform specialized batch administration for support, including ESP agent installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the ESP tool, providing platform support and performing production support activities.
  • Provide access provisioning to ESP, day-to-day scheduler administration, and implementing ESP Platform fixes supplied by vendors.
  • Identify and investigate capacity and performance-related issues, implementing proposed changes to reduce costs or improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in CA ESP Batch Scheduling tool.
  • Experience in Installation of new ESP Agents/troubleshooting, Scheduler Client Installation, and Level 3 Application Support Analyst experience.
  • Batch Management understanding and scheduling expertise using Control-M V-9 and above.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
