Job Description

Australian Golf is a growing industry, and our team is expanding to meet its challenges. Our purpose is simple: more Australians playing golf.

At the heart of our organization is the belief that all golfers can participate and grow within our community.

We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Women & Girls Coordinator to join us in driving change and improving the experience for women and girls in golf.

  • Develop resources supporting women and girls' golf experiences.
  • Collate and analyze data to track progress and inform future projects.
  • Work across teams to deliver women and girls' projects.
  • Support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy by implementing cultural and leadership activities.
  • Coordinate activations for women and girls at Major Events and with commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management and coordination of resources.
  • Provide administrative support for R&A Women in Golf Charter tasks.
  • Coordinate budgets and departmental activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in sports management or relevant field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of barriers to girls' and women's participation in sport.
