The Role: We're seeking an experienced and skilled Guest Experience Executive to join our Novotel Sydney City Centre team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences from check-ins to departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Enquiries: You will be the main point of contact for all guest enquiries, managing the Hotel Reservation Inbox and Telephones.
  • Accommodation Services: Utilize our Accor tools and liaise with hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Service Standards: Responsible for increasing and maintaining high levels of service standards and Revenue Per Available Room (RPS).
  • Reception Duties: Build face-to-face rapport with guests during peak hours/days while performing reception duties.

Requirements:

  • Hotel Industry Experience: Relevant similar experience in the hotel industry.
  • Customer Focus: A guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera cloud.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is an estimate based on market conditions and may vary accordingly.
