Job Description\

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

\About the Role\
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in relationship management, preferably in the services sector.
  • They will be able to build productive relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

In this position, you will be working closely with internal departments to meet client expectations and achieve business goals.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Maintain and develop relationships with fee-paying clients.
  • Manage projects and mailings, including overseeing each client's Annual General Meeting.
  • Ensure all registry tasks achieve desired outcomes.
  • Achieve new business revenue targets and report progress.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and providing input into client complaints and query management reporting.

\Requirements\
  • Extensive relationship management experience in the services sector.
  • Proven track record of building productive relationships and generating cross-selling and new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing clients across a diverse range of industries.
  • Confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when needed.
