Job Opportunity: Business Growth Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth in our lifestyle division across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and grow our lifestyle business
    • Monitor and review business performance to ensure alignment with company objectives
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, leveraging local market research and consumer insights
  • Lifestyle Partnerships:
    • Establish and maintain partnerships under key lifestyle pillars, including payment, holidays, shopping, wellness, and dining to provide a network of partners to engage our customers
    • Negotiate commercial agreements for marketing promotion and campaigns to increase awareness of partner propositions
  • Redemption & Rewards:
    • Enhance customer awareness and usage of lifestyle redemption platforms, including our shop and travel awards platform
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with local teams to expand our travel and lifestyle propositions to local markets
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, support, and develop own team to achieve success
    • Identify and develop high-potential employees, providing training and development opportunities
    • Maintain open dialogue with employees regarding goals and performance
  • Emergency Response:
    • Participate in emergency response and crisis management as required

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of loyalty and rewards programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
