Maple Community Services is seeking a talented and motivated Partnerships and Business Development Manager to lead and implement key operational outcomes for our newly established partnership as well as additional partnerships already in place. This role is a broad opportunity to excel in partnership management and expanding a growing company. The roles first project will be to work with one of Australia's largest sporting organisations. Additionally, the role will include:

- **Partnership Strategy**: Develop a comprehensive strategy for partnership in alignment with Maples overall business objectives.
- **Contractual Obligations**: Ensure that all contractual obligations specified in any partnership agreement are met and identify opportunities for additional value creation within the agreement.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Serve as the main point of contact between Maple and any partnerships, maintaining regular communication and fostering a strong working relationship.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure that all partnership initiatives and activities are aligned with Maple our partnerships brand and objectives, enhancing the partnership's overall impact.

**Event Management and Activation**:

- **Event Planning**: Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and activations related to specific partners to foster growth.
- **Event Strategy**: Develop event strategies that maximize brand exposure, engagement, and impact during specific events, working closely with internal teams to achieve these objectives.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within the clubs, sponsors, and other relevant parties to ensure the success and growth of any sponsorship and/or partnership.
- **Effective Communication**: Ensure effective and clear communication channels with all associated stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

**Contract Management**:

- **Agreement Oversight**: Continuously monitor and manage all aspects of the partnership agreement, including rights, obligations, and deliverables, while proactively identifying opportunities for expansion or improvement.

**Budget Management and Reporting**:

- **Budget Oversight**: Manage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring financial integrity and effective allocation of resources to achieve partnership goals.
- **Performance Tracking**: Utilise data and analytics to track and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, providing insights, recommendations, and regular reports to key stakeholders.

**Knowledge and Passion**:

- **Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of each partnership's rules, including knowledge of history, clubs, players, and the fan community (dependent of the partnership at hand).
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure that Maple Community Services initiatives and messaging are consistently aligned with our partnerships brand and values.

**Broader Requirements**
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams and departments to integrate partnership activities into broader marketing and business development strategies across all partnerships.
- **Business Development**: find opportunities to work with current and potential referral partners for Maple that help with its strategic national reach.
- **Financial Integrity**: Maintain financial integrity when managing budgets and resource allocation for all partnership activities.
- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders across all partnerships.
- **Creative Problem Solving**: Employ creative problem-solving skills to drive the success of all partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Digital Media Utilisation**: Leverage digital media channels effectively, including digital advertising, content sponsorship, and bespoke content creation, to enhance partnership visibility across all initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder management or related roles.
