Job Description

The After Hours Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health services. In the absence of senior management, this individual is responsible for overseeing the overall management of the facility.

Key responsibilities include supporting executive teams, nurse unit managers, and other stakeholders to provide quality care through effective clinical and business practices, communication, and participation.

This leader must be highly motivated, with a strong focus on maintaining safety standards for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements

Applicants must possess exceptional leadership skills, coupled with strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in clinical and business settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures. A background in nursing or a related field would be highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
