Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting public health officers, providing guidance on clinical and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to public health officers.
  • Conduct case and contact interviews, including those involving high-risk or sensitive settings.
  • Plan and coordinate outbreak responses and other public health interventions.
  • Support the Operations Manager in building a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective public health planning and delivery across the region.
  • Promote professional development, competence, and performance within the team.

Requirements

  • Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse.
  • Nurse Immuniser qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build a highly engaged team culture.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical processes and healthcare systems.
  • Skilled in staff development, capability frameworks, and workplace-based learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 platforms.
