About Our Store Management Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of store operations, including scheduling staff and managing logistics
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coaching and development of team members
  • Maintenance of a safe and compliant work environment

About You:

We are looking for a leader who is organised, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support business growth. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience in a senior retail management position or higher.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail and/or healthcare industries
  • Prior optical industry experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday is preferred
