Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our customer strategy agenda and develop enterprise CX capabilities.

This role is responsible for driving organisational change programs, designing and implementing CX systems, and leading targeted strategy projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, with experience in designing and managing CX systems. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to present effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the CX strategy agenda
  • Design and implement enterprise CX capability and governance
  • Lead the ELT Customer Review program
  • Embed Customer Journey capability into PACE to drive scale culture change
  • Develop CX strategy content for key leadership forums

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience designing and managing CX systems
  • Able to define problem statements, develop hypotheses and structure analysis
  • Strong communications skills and ability to present effectively to stakeholders
  • Proven leadership in driving organisational change programs
