Clinical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly respected and visionary leader to provide expert guidance to our Mental Health departments. As a senior clinical director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric services and driving the development of clinical practice, procedures, protocols, and policies.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. You will lead community mental health teams in delivering seamless care to patients within MSAMHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in developing and implementing clinical programs and services.
- Foster an environment that encourages education, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and reflective feedback and learning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in patient care and service delivery.
- Contribute to the advancement of professional knowledge through presentations, publications, and research collaborations.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have:
A recognised medical qualification and current registration as a psychiatrist. - Demonstrated capacity for leadership in research, learning, and evaluation activities.
- Ability to adhere to role provisions as per the Mental Health Act 2016.
