We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Mental Health team. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient treatment and care, and engage in supervision and training of junior medical staff.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental illness. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and contributing to quality improvement activities, monitoring outcomes, and reporting any significant concerns regarding quality of care.
You will also be responsible for proactively managing patient feedback, participating in the development of policies, procedures and protocols within the specialty of Psychiatry, and liaising with other providers of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Mental Health team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient treatment and care
- Engage in supervision and training of junior medical staff
- Establish, maintain and contribute to quality improvement activities
- Monitor outcomes and report any significant concerns regarding quality of care
- Proactively manage patient feedback
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures and protocols within the specialty of Psychiatry
