Job Title: Clinical Director Inpatient and ED Psychiatrist
Clinical Leadership Opportunity
As a highly respected Clinical Director, you will provide expert leadership to our Mental Health ED and Inpatient Departments at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary clinical leadership in delivering high-quality psychiatric services and guiding the development of clinical practice, procedures, protocols, and policies.
Lead community mental health teams in delivering seamless care to patients within MSAMHS.
Contribute to the advancement of professional knowledge through presentations, publications, and research collaborations.
Foster an environment that encourages education, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and reflective feedback and learning.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Authorised Psychiatrist and Clinical Director
Demonstrated capacity for leadership in research, learning, and evaluation activities.
Ability to adhere to role provisions as per the Mental Health Act 2016.
