About Business Analyst Role

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various teams across the organization to support project delivery and business improvement.

This role involves working in a collaborative environment where ideas and best practices are shared.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in Agile methodologies.

  • Support projects being delivered in continuous delivery model (Agile).
  • Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Built Relationships: Build strong relationships through engagement with colleagues and stakeholders across Business and Technology.
  2. Process Documentation: Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Use information gathering techniques to proactively discover requirements and synthesise information accurately, completely, and coherently.
  4. Solution Development: Work collaboratively with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years business analysis experience in a project/delivery-oriented role from a large organisation.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' Agile, Lean, and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation.
  • A strong understanding of technology, able to confidently engage with technical stakeholders, translate business needs into technology considerations, and assess feasibility, without needing to be a hands-on technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to make a difference.
