Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
  • Translating business plans into action plans; monitoring and reviewing plans through to completion.
  • Identifying, analysing, and improving business processes to meet current goals and identify new ones that aim to improve profit and performance.
  • Re-engineering processes to reduce cost and cycle time and improve the quality of production and service.
  • Analysing scheme and DXC performance data to identify performance against remuneration objectives and areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Participating and contributing to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to assist achieve gains in business performance, working with Continuous Improvement Teams.
  • Assisting Senior Management Teams with planning and strategic orientation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
  • An excellent grasp of governing standards of practice.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agent remuneration drivers.
  • Highly developed self-management and organisation skills.
  • Continuous improvement and initiative – including flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Effective consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Innovation and the ability to think laterally.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making.
