We are seeking a Digital Content Manager - Social Media to join our team at Fantastic Furniture Australia. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, building strong relationships with our online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications: A degree in marketing or communications is highly desirable, but not essential if you have relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in Social Media: A minimum of 1 year's experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with our online community.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
