About the Role

Firesoft People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a new business development capacity, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the data warehousing, business intelligence, consulting, and IT managed services industries.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
