{"About the Opportunity": "We are seeking an experienced National Program Manager or Account Manager to take the next step in their career and lead the field operations calendar to drive business sales growth for Coty, a global leader in the beauty industry.

This role is responsible for managing Coty's monthly activations across its portfolio of brands within Australian pharmacy retailers, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and driving commercial decisions that result in positive outcomes for the business.

As part of the Clemenger Group, Clemenger Field Marketing prides itself on delivering excellence in retail execution through high-calibre teams of merchandisers across Australia and New Zealand.

We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales and brand experience through field marketing activations, with a relentless pursuit to exceed expectations and achieve results we can be proud of.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Effective program management to ensure Field Team members are set up for success
* Create and sustain a positive relationship with client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of their business needs, challenges, and priorities
* Taking ownership and accountability for driving strategic direction of the client's annual plan
* Proactively seek opportunities to provide proactive plans and innovation

**What You'll Need:**

* Previous experience in a National Program Manager or Client Service role
* Proven ability to make commercial decisions which result in positive outcomes for the business
* Able to complete tasks thoroughly and with high attention to detail
* Demonstrated effective communication across all levels of the business
