Customer Service Uptime Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Uptime Coordinator.
The role involves working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to respond to urgent breakdowns and repairs across Heavy Earthmoving, Mining Equipment and Industrial Engines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling planned maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Monitoring service events and raising purchase orders as required.
- Processing invoices and managing data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Supporting customer communications to build trust and confidence in our business.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with various databases, while collaborating with a supportive crew who value teamwork and strong customer relationships.
