We seek a strategic leader to drive the Uptime Pillar across our International Markets, starting with Australia and expanding to Asia and Africa.
You will ensure seamless fleet operation by monitoring uptime, leading issue resolution, and developing uptime strategies.
Building processes to reduce vehicle downtime for our fleet customers is key.
Reporting to the IMG Commercial Business Director in Thailand, you will collaborate closely with our Australian FCSD and Fleet Sales teams to define effective processes and lead initiatives that enhance fleet uptime, boosting customer productivity and our success.
This hybrid role requires four days per week at our Richmond office.
Key Responsibilities Drive Fleet Uptime & Issue Resolution: Monitor uptime metrics, lead resolution teams, and ensure swift problem solving to minimize vehicle downtime.
Develop Strategic Uptime Initiatives: Analyze customer pain points, capabilities, and competitors to craft a robust uptime strategy, leading global prioritization and market alignment.
Lead Implementation & Rollout: Plan and manage pilot programs, define success metrics, and coordinate with stakeholders for solution deployment.
About You Minimum 5-7 years in fleet management, vehicle service operations, or related fields with a focus on uptime and issue resolution.
Understanding of commercial fleet needs and operational challenges.
Expertise in downtime prevention, industry best practices, and business models.
Proven record in strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience designing processes to reduce off-road time and improve service.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
