Job Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Uptime Coordinator.
This role involves working closely with the supervisor to support a dynamic environment that responds to urgent breakdowns and repairs across various industries.
- Scheduling planned maintenance and monitoring service events
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing data entry and supporting customer communications
- Ensuring proactive service stays front and centre to deliver excellence in every interaction
This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with highly developed time management and organisational abilities.
Candidates must have advanced computer skills and experience working with databases, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivation, reliability and a proven track record of teamwork are essential for success in this role.
