Seeking a strategic fleet leader to drive uptime initiatives across international markets, starting with Australia and expanding to Asia and Africa. This hybrid role requires four days per week at our Richmond office.
The ideal candidate will monitor uptime metrics, lead resolution teams, and ensure swift problem solving to minimize vehicle downtime. Additionally, they will analyze customer pain points, capabilities, and competitors to craft a robust uptime strategy.
To succeed in this position, the candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in fleet management or related fields, a strong understanding of commercial fleet needs and operational challenges, expertise in downtime prevention, and exceptional analytical and leadership skills.
