Strategic Uptime Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the uptime of commercial fleets across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and be able to lead initiatives that enhance fleet uptime, boosting customer productivity and business success.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define effective processes and lead the implementation of solutions that minimize vehicle downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet management or related fields with a focus on uptime and issue resolution.
- Understanding of commercial fleet needs and operational challenges.
- Expertise in downtime prevention, industry best practices, and business models.
- Proven record in strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience designing processes to reduce off-road time and improve service.
