About the Role

This is a critical leadership position within our healthcare organization. As a seasoned healthcare leader, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care settings, with experience managing complex workflows and implementing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with our organizational goals, as well as overseeing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital health solutions across our national network of medical centres.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, effective, and commercially impactful.
  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery, scale, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in primary care settings with deep knowledge of clinic operations and Medicare compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital health product strategy and implementation within healthcare environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with clinic tech platforms including Cubiko, HotDoc, AutoMed, AI scribes, and Best Practice EHR.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and operational drivers in primary care businesses.
