The Digital Delivery Manager role is part of our Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) business unit. GIDS focuses on delivering digital services to clients through omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centers.

This position involves leading a cross-functional team to develop and implement digital products and enhancements for clients. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, producing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Oversight of digital product delivery to all required clients
  • Development of repeatable processes to improve product rollout efficiency
  • Ensuring the delivery framework supports continual delivery methodologies

In addition, this role requires:

  • Identifying and engaging stakeholders to ratify scope and objectives
  • Establishing governance structures and confirming roles and responsibilities
  • Confirming testing strategy and agreeing on production acceptance criteria

We are looking for an individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills, experience in project management and digital delivery. This person will work closely with our Product & Innovation team to develop and maintain digital products that meet client needs.
