Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to support the development of intra-operability capabilities across national digital health systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business operations, with a strong understanding of health information systems, interoperability frameworks, and clinical workflows.

The role involves leading the development of the business case for intra-operability initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and conducting requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews.

Additionally, the Business Operations Specialist will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively, and contribute to risk assessments and gap analyses.

  • Develops business cases and defines project scope in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Conducts requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and document analysis with clinical, technical, and policy stakeholders.
  • Translates business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Works closely with solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
