Job Description

The Testing and Release Lead for Digital Health plays a pivotal role in overseeing the testing and release processes of new software enhancements, upgrades, packages, and versions within the digital health domain.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive testing strategy and associated plans across current digital health solutions and new initiatives.
  • Ensuring test scripts are updated as new functionality is added or workflows are changed.
  • Leading major testing events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Developing and implementing a release strategy for Digital Health as a whole.
  • Ongoing collaboration with internal team members and key stakeholders to ensure the live environment is protected through new releases deployed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in healthcare, science, or IT-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying test strategies and approaches within large, complex projects and organisations.
  • Experience in various phases of testing, including functional testing, user acceptance, data mitigation testing, etc.
