Work Group Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will play a critical part in the safe and efficient delivery of work across various functions, including coordination of in-field activities, scoping of works, and organizing network outages.

This is an opportunity to leverage your leadership skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail to drive success in this role. Problem-solving, making timely decisions, and providing professional technical advice are essential.

About You

We are looking for someone with a qualified background as a Lineworker, Live Lineworker, or Dual Trade, with relevant experience in complex environments. A Tasmanian electrical practitioner's licence is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate various in-field activities to support different stakeholders
  • Scope works, including equipment, materials, and resources
  • Organize effective network outages
  • Lead and foster a safety-first culture within the team
  • Liaise with customers, external service providers, and stakeholders
