
Project Coordination Specialist

This role is a critical component of our Works Delivery team, focusing on the safe and efficient delivery of work. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating in-field activities to support various stakeholders
- Scoping works, encompassing equipment, materials, and resources
- Organizing effective network outages
- Leading a safety-first culture within the team
- Liaising with customers, external service providers, and stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership and support to work crews
The position comes with access to a Tool of Trade vehicle.
About YouWe are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. Problem-solving, timely decision-making, and providing professional technical advice are highly valued.
A Tasmanian electrical practitioner's licence and qualification as a Lineworker, Live Lineworker, or Dual Trade with relevant experience in complex environments are required.
Candidates must be available for overtime and on-call duties, with a strong safety focus, and always look for business improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
