Project Manager - Lead Distribution Projects with Impact

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead a diverse portfolio of overhead construction projects. This role requires someone who can inspire and uplift projects and programs from beginning to end, nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering outcomes that make a real difference.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in electrical trades (lineworker or electrician) with real-world experience working safely and effectively on site.
  • Formal project management training (certificate or diploma) with practical experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful, inclusive approach to risk, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationships.
  • Solid technical knowledge of engineering or construction, grounded in best practice and ethical leadership.
  • A natural mentor – you're someone who shares knowledge generously and helps others grow.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications and confident navigating the commercial and contractual landscape.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and an understanding of key legislative frameworks impacting utility work.
  • Proven ability delivering distribution or utility projects before – but most important is your ability to lead with clarity, compassion, and competence.
