Job Title: Technology Project Coordinator

  • Main responsibility is to lead and coordinate change management efforts within the organisation’s technology landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting users, resolving issues and promoting system functionality across the organisation.

This role blends project coordination, stakeholder engagement, training and CRM support in a forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions
  3. Manage CRM systems, supporting users, resolving issues and promoting system functionality
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are well-planned and communicated
Requirements:
  • Experience in change management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering project Change Management in small to medium-sized organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Skills in designing and delivering adult learning resources
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
