Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 12+ months of experience in industrial painting/blasting
  • Experience with airless and conventional spray application methods
  • Ability to apply protective coatings using brush and roller techniques
  • Surface preparation skills, including mechanical tool operation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
