Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled demand planner to lead our forecasting processes and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement accurate monthly demand forecasts for all products in the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align on latest estimates and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Work closely with Supply Planners to deliver required stock levels, meeting sales, margin, availability, and inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field, preferably leading S&OP processes.
  • Highly organized team player with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and well-versed in demand forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They should demonstrate technical knowledge of demand planning and forecasting, as well as their ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
