About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing the demand forecasting process for all products in the portfolio by leading a detailed monthly forecast review with the relevant Sales and Product teams.

  • Lead the monthly demand forecasting review process to ensure accurate forecasts are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align with the monthly Sales Latest Estimate (LE) forecast and update demand forecasts in Anaplan as per agreed monthly planning cycles.
  • Review Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) monthly and build action plans for variances to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to adjust Demand Forecasts and provide detailed reporting for the S&OP review process.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or related planning role working in a support office national role and leading S&OP processes preferred.
  • A highly organized team player with well-established analytical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in demand forecasting using current forecasting/planning systems.
  • Good commercial acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and good negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
