About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT division, you will play a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer service and providing advanced troubleshooting and advice.

The Job Description
  • You will be the first point of escalation, ensuring quality information is delivered to internal teams and providing expert technical support.
  • You will handle tickets and work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You will demonstrate ownership and confidence when dealing with customers.
About You
  • You have a solid technical background and excellent communication skills.
  • You can question, analyse and provide effective solutions to complex problems.
  • You can prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have relevant experience in a Service Desk environment.
