Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled engineers to deliver onsite support services in various regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle desktop/network issues promptly and efficiently
  • Install and upgrade Operating Systems, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Apply patches and updates to maintain system integrity
  • Provide expert-level support for software and hardware break-fix situations
  • Configure networks, with preference given to candidates holding CCNA or above certification
  • Familiarize yourself with WiFi, LAN, WAN, switches, and routers, staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Install and administer MS Office applications, streamlining workflow
Required Tools and Equipment:
  • Fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10, along with admin rights
  • Cisco console cable (DB9 Rj45 or USB Rj45) with proper drivers installed
  • Software tools: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, facilitating remote support and troubleshooting
  • Screwdriver set, internet data card, and other essential items
  • Ability to console into Cisco routers using Webex, enhancing collaboration and problem-solving
