Low Cost Travel Contract Specialist

Our organization is at a critical juncture as we embark on a new era of low-cost travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review supplier and seller contracts to ensure that contractual obligations are clearly defined and reporting requirements are well understood.
  • Examine internal engineering and financial data to capture relevant reporting parameters and other key obligations.
  • Establish automated processes to deliver timely data to suppliers through a robust reporting system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop systems for reporting and awareness, ensuring smooth delivery of regular outputs.
  • Evaluate claims for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain open and transparent relationships with business colleagues, vendors, and senior management.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management and the CAMO & AMO.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing supplier performance.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and resilience to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and targets.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred in business, finance, or engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in setting up data-oriented systems and processes.
