We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at ALH in South Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow your career within our organisation and make a real impact on our business.

About the Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $71,300 - $74,000 per annum, plus superannuation, bonus, and discounts.



About the Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and rostering
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to build loyalty and revenue


About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in hospitality or retail leadership, ideally with a background in food, bars, and gaming
  • Able to lead, develop, and coach a large team to achieve business objectives
  • Operational expertise to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager qualifications
