Clinical Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Peninsula Health, specializing in Older Persons Mental Health. As a key member of our education and clinical leadership teams, you will play a vital role in supporting staff across the organization, advancing clinical practice, and developing staff along the novice to expert continuum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate education in compliance with evidence-based practice, hospital policy, and guidelines.
- Participate in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health.
- Support all levels of staff, with a focus on education to mitigate risk and advance clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or qualified Allied Health professional with relevant registration.
- Postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership, research, or a relevant clinical area.
- Current and extensive experience working within aged Mental Health and Wellbeing settings.
- Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
