Clinical Educator Transition to Practice Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Educator to join our Transition to Practice team at Peninsula Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting novice learners in the workplace and contributing to the planning, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of the Graduate Nurse Program.
Key Responsibilities- Support newly registered nurses in their transition to practice
- Contribute to the development and delivery of education programs for novice learners
- Collaborate with the learning hub stream to ensure seamless support across all sites
- Provide guidance and mentorship to novice learners to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- Registered Division One Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership, research, or a relevant clinical area
- Current and extensive experience working within an acute area of nursing
- Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners
