Lead Children's Educator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Children's Educator. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 5-12 years old.

About the Role
  • This permanent part-time role involves leading a team of educators in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children.
  • You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enriching environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Your role will include facilitating exciting activities, building strong relationships with children and families, and collaborating with a team of skilled educators.

The working hours are split across morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for extra hours during school holidays. You will work closely with the school community to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs for primary school children.
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Facilitating exciting activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled educators to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
Requirements
  • No formal experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
  • You must enjoy working with children and making a positive impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to work well in a team and aspire to grow into a leadership role.
  • A National Police Check and a Working with Children check are mandatory.
