Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our service as an Assistant Centre Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children, working with our team to deliver high-quality programs and resources aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Manager in developing and implementing educational programs that promote children's learning and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the delivery of resources and services that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional outcomes for children.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) qualification is required.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
