The Role
Are you a passionate and creative Visual Arts educator ready to inspire the next generation of young artists?
Camboon PS is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Visual Arts Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture creativity, imagination, and artistic expression in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Visual Arts lessons from Pre-primary to Year 6.
- Foster a love of art through a variety of media, techniques, and cultural perspectives.
- Organise and display student artwork throughout the school and at community events.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring art room environment.
The successful applicant would also be student and relationship focused, innovative and motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments. It is highly desirable that the successful applicant is committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community.

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.

- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
