About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and implementation of medium-to-large scale projects and programs across various functions within Philip Morris International.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to ensure delivery of project plans, key milestones, and outcomes relating to each stage of the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and appropriate communications, reporting, and interventions/resolutions of challenges.
  • Drive initiatives and facilitate workshops with functional, IBS, and other stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunity areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and their teams to gather information, design solutions, and develop business cases.
  • Implement agreed and approved changes related to customer processes and facilitate thought leadership around IBS opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience leading medium-to-large scale projects and programs.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies (certification/industry qualifications).
  • Excellent analytical skills, data analysis, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language (including business English).
