About the Role:

Sunly, a leading renewable energy developer and operator, is seeking an experienced Wind Project Manager to join our team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all stages of onshore wind project development, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of required permits and approvals from regulatory authorities, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating potential project sites, conducting feasibility studies and site assessments to identify optimal locations.
  • Prepare and verify comprehensive project documentation, including risk analysis and budgeting.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including landowners, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to drive project success.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of environmental and technical reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of national regulations for renewable energy, particularly wind power.
  • Strong technical expertise in onshore wind energy, including recent technologies and innovations.
  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English for effective international communication.
  • Experience with wind turbine site planning and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, including landowners and regulatory authorities.
  • Familiarity with wind measurement planning and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in QGIS and Wind PRO.
