Job Title: Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Claims Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end claims and legal operations management within our medical indemnity business.

This role involves driving process excellence across claims and legal management, ensuring critical operations are executed in alignment with standard processes and service level agreements (SLAs).

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial performance and quality outcomes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal panels and experts.
  • Leading and championing the strategic change agenda in partnership with the business unit.
  • Contributing to the development of claims and legal strategy models, and executing initiatives in collaboration with peers and direct reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience managing stakeholders at the C-suite level.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Operations Management.
  • Background in insurance operations highly desirable.
