At the forefront of claims performance, we're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our teams and drive excellence.

The role

We're investing in our capability to meet the needs of our members and deliver exceptional results. This position will oversee administrative support, relief, and specialized claims resources and analytics, providing a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In addition, this role will be responsible for embedding operational excellence throughout the function by scoping, championing, and delivering technology and process-based functional improvement projects and activities.

Your expertise

You'll have a strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance and experience dealing with claims management, business improvement, and numbers. Your expertise is backed up by relevant qualifications.
