Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to own regional multinational claims delivery, translate growth ambitions into actions, drive implementation, and support innovation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in handling claims within the Specialty & Major Accounts market and working in a global matrix environment.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end claims process for single and multi-party claims within delegated authority levels, engaging with global 'large loss' claim referral teams, and maximizing recoverable income through efficient administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive outcomes, along with proficiency in systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Technical knowledge of relevant lines of business, current insurance guidelines, legislation, and regulations, with strong negotiation and investigation skills.
